Standard Terms of Sale for Camera X ApS

1. Introduction
These terms of sale (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Camera X ApS (“Company”). By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 Invoicing: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2.2 Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after the specified due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
2.3 Deposit: For certain projects, a deposit may be required before the start of production. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your quote.

3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Consumer Clients: If you are a consumer (as defined by Danish law), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of agreement, provided no custom work has begun.
3.2 Business Clients: Right of withdrawal does not apply once project planning or production has commenced, as these services are customized and performed specifically for your business needs.
3.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: Notification must be provided in writing if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Services: Due to the nature of custom production work, services are non-refundable once production begins.
4.2 Post-Production Changes: Any dissatisfaction related to the final deliverable will be handled through our complaint procedure outlined below. Adjustments are possible within the scope of the initial agreement, with any additional work subject to separate billing.

5. Complaint Handling
5.1 Notification: Any issues or complaints regarding deliverables must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of receiving the final product.
5.2 Resolution Process: Camera X ApS will review the complaint, and if the issue is covered under our quality standards, we will work to correct it promptly at no additional cost.
5.3 Limitations: Complaints concerning subjective opinions or preferences not included in the project agreement may not qualify for free adjustments.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes will be settled in the court system of Denmark.
